Delivery and Return


Purchases made on website can be paid through American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Master, Visa, and Shopify Shop Pay.

Each purchase is handled with maximum security thanks to the use of the most advanced technological systems in the e-commerce field and coding systems (SSL) to protect your personal data and credit card information from non-authorized access.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and the summary of your purchase details. Please remember that you can check the status of your order anytime by logging in the relative section of your profile.



Please review the order carefully before you confirm your order, no cancellation or amendment can be done after confirmation of order placement. The Company will not issue any refund due to any reason.

Only accept credit card payment and full deduction is required once the order is confirmed. Payment upon goods collection is not accepted.

Please ensure that the personal data you provide is accurate to ensure that you will receive all notification or email successfully.

Orders over HK$1,300 is entitled for free delivery which may be changed during promotional period and will be announced on the homepage accordingly.

We aim to deliver your order within 3-6 working days.

If you have not received your item(s) in 10 working days from your order date, please contact us by email at or by WhatsApp at +852 9865 8392.

We do not ship to multiple addresses for one order. We are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes or forwarding addresses.



If you are not fully satisfied with the goods you have received, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for next steps.

Please check goods thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags (including security tag) and disposing of any original packaging. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, complete with original tags and/or original packaging if applicable. All defectives not raised within 7 days of receipt are considered acceptable by you.

We regret that exchanges do not apply to several types of good such as sunglasses, scarves, belts, inner-wear, and swimwear due to hygiene reasons. Kindly contact us for more information.

Free exchange for all regular-priced goods. Under normal circumstances, it takes 14-28 working days for the arrangement.

In case of size issue, we accept the exchange of Sale or Discounted goods at customers’ own delivery cost. (Subject to availability)

All goods can only be exchanged once.

Returns that do not meet our above policy will be sent back to you at your own cost.

All exchange is subject to proof of purchase with original invoice attached together with all original and undamaged packaging.


For the returned product(s), once we confirm that the return conditions and requirements are met, we will process the refund of the actual amount paid by you and received by us for the Product(s) within 14 working days after we have received the returned product(s). However, we have the right to only partially refund you the amount if your returned product(s) were bought together with other product(s) that entitle you to enjoy our threshold promotions or offers;

The time of receipt of the refund depends on different refund methods. The time of actual refund to your account depends on different banks or payment platform operations. It may take up 10-15 working days.

If the return product(s) does not meet the return conditions or requirements, we will contact you and return the product(s) to you at your cost.
